Bugs are fixed free for 2 weeks after an MVP and 4 weeks after a product build. After that, you can take the code in-house, keep us on monthly support, or move to a dedicated team.
Small changes are absorbed by swapping out a feature of the same size. Bigger changes get a written change request with the price and time impact, and nothing starts until you approve it.
