Who we are. This website is run by Ryo Forge Private Limited ("Ryo Forge", "we"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used. For any privacy question, request or complaint, email info@ryoforge.com. We reply within 30 days.
What we collect.
- Forms (contact, quote and estimator): your name, email, company, country, budget range, start date, and what you tell us about your project.
- Call bookings through Cal.com: your name, email, optional phone number, the time you choose, and your answers on the booking form.
- Analytics, only if you agree: pages visited, buttons used, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you arrived, through Google Analytics. If session insights are enabled and you agree, Microsoft Clarity records anonymised clicks and scrolling, with everything you type masked.
- Essential storage: small items in your browser that make the site work, such as your cookie choice. See the Cookie policy.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
We don't ask for sensitive data such as passwords, financial or health information. Please don't send it through our forms.
Why we use it, and on what basis.
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and hold calls. This is a step you've asked us to take before a possible contract, and it's in our legitimate interest to respond to business enquiries. In India, you give your consent when you send a form or book a call after reading this notice.
- To understand which pages help visitors. Only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure. In our legitimate interest.
We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and consent. Every visitor is asked before any analytics loads. Analytics stays off unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer, and withdrawing removes the analytics cookies. Details are in the Cookie policy.
Who we share it with. Only service providers that help us run the site, each using the data on our instructions:
- Hostinger: website hosting and server logs
- Our enquiry server at api.ryoforge.com: receives form submissions
- Cal.com: call scheduling
- Google: Google Analytics (only with consent), and Google Fonts, which loads our fonts and receives your IP address to do so
- Microsoft: Clarity session insights (only if enabled and only with consent)
We may also share data if the law requires it.
International transfers. We're based in India. Some providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
How long we keep it. Enquiries and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case our contract applies. Analytics data for up to 14 months.
Your rights. You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct or update it,
- delete it,
- stop using it, or withdraw consent you've given, and
- if you're in India, nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
Email info@ryoforge.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your local data protection authority in the EU. If you're in California or another US state with a privacy law: we don't sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children. This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect their data.
Security. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access enquiries, and keep only what we need.
Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
