The process
1. Free scoping call (30 minutes)
- We ask about your users, the problem, your goals, your budget and your deadline.
- You leave with an honest view of what a first version should include.
2. Fixed quote (within 48 hours)
- A written scope with features, screens and integrations.
- A week-by-week plan and a fixed price.
- The contract assigns all IP to you. An NDA can come first.
3. Kickoff (day 1)
- Workshop with your named tech lead.
- Shared Slack or WhatsApp channel, a project board, and your GitHub and cloud accounts set up.
4. Build with weekly demos
- Daily written update: done, next, questions.
- Weekly demo on a live staging link, where you test it yourself.
- Changes handled through the change rules below.
5. Launch
- QA, security checks and deployment to your cloud.
- Handover session, documentation and all credentials.
6. After launch
- Free bug fixes during the warranty period.
- Then your choice: your own team, monthly support, or a dedicated team.

When the scope changes
- Small change: swapped for a feature of equal size, at no extra cost.
- Bigger change: a written change request with the price and time impact. Nothing starts until you approve it.
