AI AGENTS AND AUTOMATION
AI agents that do the work, not just chat.
We're an AI agent development company. We build agents and AI workflows that read your inbox, documents and systems, decide what to do and take action: updating records, drafting replies, raising tickets. People approve anything that matters.
3–6 weeks · Fixed price
- Agentic or simple automation, whichever fits the job
- Connected to your tools: email, CRM, ERP, SAP, Slack
- Every action logged, with approval steps where you want them
30 minutes · No obligation · NDA on request

Who our AI agents are for
- Operations teams. Repetitive work like triaging requests, checking documents or updating systems eats hours every day.
- Customer support and sales. You want first replies, lead qualification and follow-ups handled in minutes, around the clock.
- Finance and procurement. Invoices, purchase orders and approvals move between email, spreadsheets and SAP by hand.
Agentic and non-agentic, built for the job
Not every task needs an autonomous agent. We pick the simplest design that works reliably.
- AI workflows (non-agentic): fixed steps with AI at key points, such as "read invoice → extract fields → check against PO → post to ERP". Predictable and cheap.
- AI agents (agentic): the AI plans its own steps and uses tools to reach a goal, such as "resolve this support ticket". Flexible, with guardrails.
- Multi-agent systems: several specialized agents handing work to each other, for complex processes.
- Every agent includes:
- Integrations with your tools through their APIs
- An approval step before any important action
- A full log of what the agent saw, decided and did
- Evaluation on real past cases before go-live
- A dashboard showing volume, accuracy, time saved and cost
- Deployment in your cloud, plus handover and training
From manual work to an agent in production
- Week 1 · Map the work. Pick one process, collect 50–100 past cases, and define success and the approval points.
- Weeks 2–3 · Build and test. Tool integrations, the agent logic and an evaluation against your past cases.
- Week 4 · Shadow mode. The agent runs alongside your team and suggests actions, while people decide.
- Weeks 5–6 · Go live. Actions switch on step by step, with monitoring and a weekly review.

Frequently asked questions
Automation follows fixed steps. An AI agent decides its own steps to reach a goal. We often combine them: fixed steps where the process is predictable, and an agent where judgment is needed.
Only if it's allowed to. Important actions, like payments, emails to customers and record deletion, need a person's approval. Every action is logged and can be reviewed.
Anything with an API: email, Slack, CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, ERPs including SAP, databases, spreadsheets and internal systems.
We test it on your real past cases and report the accuracy. Then it runs in shadow mode, suggesting rather than acting, until you're confident.
It depends on the process. We measure the current time per case in week 1 and report the time saved on the dashboard after launch.
