That's what evaluation is for. We ground answers in your data, show sources, and test accuracy on your examples before launch. Where a mistake would be costly, a person reviews the AI's output.
Your data stays in your cloud account. We use model providers' business terms, under which data isn't used for training, or open-source models hosted by you. We sign an NDA before seeing any data.
It depends on accuracy, cost and privacy. We test 2–3 options on your data and recommend one with the numbers to back it up.
We estimate monthly model costs during the build and add caching and limits to keep them predictable. For many products it's a small share of revenue per user. We show you the real numbers in testing.
