PROTOTYPE SPRINT
Prove it before you build it.
Our rapid prototyping service gives you a clickable prototype or a working AI proof of concept on your real data in 1–2 weeks. Show investors, win board approval, or test with users before you commit to a full build.
1–2 weeks · Fixed price
- A clickable prototype or working proof of concept
- Tested with your real data or real users
- A scope and fixed quote for the next step, included
30 minutes · No obligation · NDA on request

Who a prototype sprint is for
- Founders raising money. Investors fund what they can click. Walk into the pitch with a product, not slides.
- Innovation and product teams. You need board or budget approval for an AI or digital idea. Show it working on your own data.
- Anyone unsure if it's possible. Will the AI be accurate enough? Will the integration work? Find out in days, not months.
Two kinds of prototype
- Clickable prototype (design-led):
- Interactive screens for the key user journeys
- Realistic content and flows, testable on a phone or laptop
- A short user test plan
- Technical proof of concept (AI or integration):
- A working model or integration on your real data
- Accuracy measured against examples you provide
- A short report: what worked, the limits, and what a full build needs
- Both include:
- A kickoff workshop
- A demo session with your team or investors
- A written scope and fixed quote for the MVP or product build
Your sprint, step by step
- Day 1 · Kickoff. Goals, users, data and the one question the prototype must answer.
- Days 2–7 · Build. Daily progress, with a mid-sprint check-in.
- Days 8–10 · Test and present. We test it, demo it to your team, and hand over the prototype and the report.
Tech stack
- Figma
- React
- Python
- OpenAI and Anthropic APIs
- LangChain or LlamaIndex
- vector databases
- your data sources

Frequently asked questions
A prototype proves an idea or a technical risk. It isn't built for real users at scale. An MVP is working software real users sign up to and use.
Yes. That's one of the most common reasons to run a sprint. A clickable product is far more convincing than slides.
A representative sample, such as 50–500 documents, records or examples, plus what a "correct" answer looks like. We sign an NDA before you share anything.
That's a valuable result. You find out in 2 weeks instead of 6 months. The report explains why and what alternatives exist.
The design and the learnings carry over directly. The code usually gets rebuilt to production standards during the MVP.
